How does the UI/UX design process work?
We start by reviewing the existing product and how people use it. We then map user flows and wireframes and, once you approve them, design the screens and a clickable Figma prototype. The final step is the developer handoff file with a component library.
Can we commission a UX analysis only for our existing site or app?
Yes. We can prepare a UX analysis and improvement report without a redesign. It lists the points where users struggle, the order of priority and a concrete solution for each.
In what format are the designs delivered?
All screens are delivered as a Figma file containing web, responsive and mobile screens, the component library, state definitions and measurements, so your development team can work from it directly.
